Dover, as a town, gets a bad press I feel. True, most people just pass through as they get on & off the cross-Channel ferries, but there's more to here than just the famous Castle & the White cliffs. That is if only you could stop to pause and look...
Certainly not amateurish... our shots look more professional. What you say is true, most people come and get on off the cross channel ferries I used to do the same, next tie definitely will spend more time at Dover, really opened my eyes.
I'm not saying dover is a great coastal town, but it's not as bad as it's made out to be. It's worth walking around for a few hours; or make a nice half to full day of it, by taking in it's 'jewel in the crown' Dover Castle.
I am just an ordinary bloke, who happens to enjoy taking photos! They're extremely amateurish, I know nothing about photography, and use a cheap digital camera. They can be out of focus, and have far too much shadow, or sunlight in them. But I've never claimed to be an expert, it's just a little hobby I enjoy, and am now, slowly, starting to transfer from disc to here. I have a backlog going back to Spring 2007, and will add old & new here, when I can.
They are here for me to look at and enjoy. If anyone looking in gets a bit out of pleasure looking at them then that's a bonus!
Feel free to leave any comments in the boxes, and please look back.
