Eastcastle Street,W1-TWWSI

A side street tucked behind Oxford Street, for another 'The Way We See It' challenge.
the bonus for me was a visit to the Getty Gallery, which I didn't know existed! Certainly a place I'll be going back to!

Have you ever noticed these before?

Train maps tucked away on a wall at Victoria Station. I wonder how many commuters have dashed past them for umpteen years, never pausing to stop and admire them? I think they're brilliant!

Short of bunking in...

This cinema is the most budget of budget in London, tucked just off of Leicester Square. It doesn't to the most up to date blockbusters, but what they show is mostly mainstream.

Bonjour!

It's along standing joke that many Londoners call people that live in the adjoining county of Kent 'French bastards' , due their close proximy of our garlic munching European cousins. Imagine my amusement on seeing this petrol station not in Calais or Paris, but in Chatham!
